I am Lizzie Benny. I am here to bridge the gap between modern Western medicine and ancient and universal wisdom.

Everything we need to live a healthy and fulfilled life exists in nature Science is a helpful system for logical exploration of the universe but does not encompass the nuances of human existence.

By considering all people as complex individuals in their times of need we can integrate with nature and become whole again. Homeostasis is miraculous and delicate.

What I do

I work alongside individuals and groups to support them on their healing journey. I take time to understand where people are, pysically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and socially giving clients a complete framework for understanding their lives and how they fit in with the world. I use my knowledge and experience of mainstream healthcare and medicines, complimentary therapies, modern science and technologies, ancient wisdom, spiritual intuition and esoteric tools to help people navigate their path towards joy and contentment.
